And we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been listed as a top 5 PPC Agency for all of North America, we see this as further proof that we are digital marketing experts who provide strong client service. After learning about their inclusion process and [scoring methodology](https://clutch.co/methodology), we decided to move forward as a research participant. Their process involves volunteering information about our services, technical and strategic capabilities, and the diversity of our project types and sizes. In addition to an internal assessment of our professional experiences, the Clutch team also completed in-depth interviews with five of our valued clients. The performance feedback that Clutch collected was especially gratifying. Clutch interviewed one of our longtime clients, [Gil Effron](http://www.gileffron.com/), who is a marketing expert and author. The client was very pleased with our performance and regularly recommends us to others. Gil gave us high praise, “I’ve never sent anyone to CommonMind who came out of the experience with a negative comment.
