Job Description & Requirements:

  • Responsible for scheduling meetings and conference calls with clients, taking meeting notes, organizing documents, requesting status reports from team members.
  • Organizes and updates contacts, lists, and social media posts in HubSpot. Assists screening job applicants for marketing positions, explaining HR policies, and overseeing payroll for marketing team.
  • Reviews project time logs, helps calculate profitability on marketing projects, and manages time entries for marketing projects and categorizes them correctly. Generates client invoices via accounting software.
  • Reviews inbound marketing plans and advertising campaigns. Must post news updates to company website. Must have High School/GED and Certification in Inbound Marketing by HubSpot, or other customer service software.

Remote work available.

Yearly salary: 52,832.00.
