After a successful tenure in Andersen Consulting's Technology Group, (now Accenture) Will Rico founded CommonMind Consulting in 1998.

Will recognizes that the successes CommonMind has achieved are due to the dedication of CommonMind's staff, the quality of its clients and partners, and the support of the business community in general. He tries to give back to the business community, most specifically through promoting ethics and business acumen within the computer consulting industry.

Will is a proud member of the Let's Talk Business Network (Sound Board). He serves on the board of directors for the ICCA, a national non-profit trade group for computer consultants, and teaches a course on the Unix operating system at The New School. Will graduated from Harvard University in 1996 with a degree in Computer Science.
