Job Title: Web Marketing Analyst & Online Campaigns Manager

Job Location: Newton, MA (504 Express Bus—15 mins from Copley)


CommonMind, a boutique Web marketing agency founded in 1998, seeks to hire a motivated individual for the position of Web Marketing Analyst & Online Campaigns Manager. We are in a growth phase and looking for an individual who wants to be instrumental to this growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns. You will work extensively with Google AdWords and Google Analytics.

Your skills will be put to the test immediately on a variety of entrepreneurial projects.


Sample Projects & Responsibilities

Based on projects and tasks handled by current and previous CommonMind employees:

  • Setup new AdWords campaigns to maximize the potential for a positive ROI on client ad spending and set a foundation for easy reporting.
  • Perform day-to-day management of Google AdWords campaigns for clients in order to ensure campaigns are performing optimally and issues are caught proactively.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Google AdWords performance reports that communicate campaign status, issues and opportunities in ways clients can easily understand.
  • Analyze website statistics using Google Analytics and generate reports for clients so they can make decisions based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Setup and manage paid Facebook advertising campaigns to gain new likes for clients.
  • Serve as the Webmaster for blogs and HTML websites, including sites for CommonMind and our clients.
  • Prepare keyword and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Assist clients with Google+ and Local Search setup.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must be willing to learn to online marketing strategies and work hard to put what you learn to the test. A willingness to experiment, make mistakes, learn from your mistakes and contribute to our company's success is vital.
